Residents living in Tidung Island Urban Village, South Seribu Islands, appreciated the Mobile Integrated Service initiated by the Seribu Islands One-Stop Integrated Service Investment Management Unit (UP PM-PTSP). They feel the benefits of the door-to-door licensing and non-licensing services.
One of the residents from RT 04/01, Tidung Island Urban Village, Ahmad Muziman (43), admitted he was greatly helped by thr service. It was deemed very effective and efficient for residents.

The same experience also came from another resident of RW 03, Tidung Island Urban Village, Fauzi (38). According to him, the service was still very much needed for residents in Seribu Islands, so they could save more on transportation costs.
"Yesterday, I made SKCK, it was finished in less than an hour. Aside that, I once updated my family card and it was done in a matter of minutes. Hopefully, this service can continue to be sustainable," he admitted.
Seribu Islands Regency's UP PM-PTSP Head, Erwin explained this service is the first time in 2024.
To smoothen it, related units were also involved from Seribu Islands Resort Police; Immigration Office; Religious Court; Seribu Islands Tax Services, Counseling and Consultation Office (KP2KP); Seribu Islands Harbormaster and Port Authority Office (KSOP) to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan to help residents' needs.
"This service continues to be in demand by residents, even eagerly awaited. We want to provide convenience and ensure that all residents can be served well and optimally," he explained.
On Wednesday (2/28), there were 54 licensing and non-licensing applications, including two files of Business Identification Number (NIB), one file of Certificate of Inadequacy Letter (SKTM), one file of Police Record Certificate (SKCK), 19 files of passport registration, and 17 files of tax.
There were also one file of religious court, two files of ship PAS, five files of Population, three files of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, two files of Regional Tax Collection Service Unit (UPPPD), one file of ship docking consultation.
"Next month, the same service will also be held in other areas in Seribu Islands," he stated.
